During his 20 years in the entertainment business, Norm has excelled as a performer, director, producer and entreprenuer (with a few hard lessons along the way).

As co-founder of the acclaimed Improv Asylum in Boston's North End, Norm grew the fledgling theater from an unknown improv troupe to a multi-million dollar business that entertains and trains people the world over.

In 2013, Norm helped create Laugh Boston - a beautiful state-of-the-art comedy club & special events venue located in the booming Seaport District of Boston.

Most recently, Norm co-founded and became the CEO of Asylum Gaming and Esports, New England's premiere full service gaming and Esports organization.

Working with global business leaders, Norm has been at the forefront of a new wave of thinking about how people use creativity in moving ideas, teams, and business ahead.

His Keynote presentations inspire groups to become better leaders, harness creativity, take risks, and work in harmony.

Norm has a passion for comedy, travel, and adventure. He's the father of two lovely daughters, a husband, softball coach, former motorcycle racer, Army Officer Candidate School graduate, rugby player, mountain biker, bog runner, business entrepreneur, and more.

Norm's motto is: "Create your own opportunities. No one else with do it for you."
